Annual meeting
The next General Assembly of the Engineers’ Association of my School will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2025, in Toulouse, in person at the school premises. All association members who are up to date with their membership fees are invited to participate in this General Assembly (please confirm your attendance at the bottom of this page), as well as in the partial renewal of the members of the Board of Directors.
The association can only function with the participation of its members, so applications for the Board of Directors are essential and welcome. The call for candidates can be viewed on this page by members who are logged into the website (username + password).
Program:
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Friendly lunch
1:30 PM - 5:00 PM: General Assembly
1 - Review of the moral report and the various actions carried out during the past fiscal year, as well as the presentation of upcoming actions.
2 - Finance (review of the 2023 financial statement, approval of the 2023 accounts, and the 2024 budget)
3 - Results of the Board of Directors elections.
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Board of Directors meeting and election of the new committee
Details for voting in the partial renewal elections of the Board of Directors will be available on the AI website in the section dedicated to the 2024 General Assembly.
The General Assembly is an important moment in the life of the Association, and we hope to see many of you there! Please don't forget to register to help us organize this event efficiently.
